Zero Hotel LLC operates a platform that connects business travelers with friends who can host them, providing an alternative to traditional hotel accommodations. Our service includes:

• Budget calculation and cost breakdown tools
• Payment processing for corporate and personal cards
• Receipt generation for expense reporting
• Host and traveler matching services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Our platform facilitates payments between travelers, hosts, and employers according to our cost breakdown model:

• 20% employer savings from original hotel budget
• 70% split between employee and host (35% each)
• 10% platform fee

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the service's operation or security
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity

6. Privacy
